Beach House 2017 Rates
- May 1 – June 23 -$ 1,400 week ($ 300 day, 3 day min.)
- June 24 – Sept 9 – $ 2,200 week (Weekly- Saturday to Saturday)
- Sept 9 – Sept 30 – $ 1,400 week ($ 300 day, 3 day min.)
- $ 500 Security Deposit*
Check in time: 2pm | Check out time: 10am
*Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after stay, provided house is left in same condition and left throughly cleaned. Lost beach badges will be deducted from security deposit ($95 per badge).
